Vince Zampella, the mind behind the immensely successful video game Call of Duty, has passed away in a vehicle crash in California aged 55.
The tragic news was confirmed by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio that he helped create.
The renowned industry figure passed away following his vehicle was involved in a crash and burst into flames on a freeway in Los Angeles on Sunday, as reported by.
